David Carmichael — President
David Carmichael is the President of Axizar Inc, a holding company built around clarity of vision and disciplined execution in high-stakes environments.
David has extensive hands-on operational experience, having served as a strategic planner and field operations lead coordinating with international partners to address global security and humanitarian crises. He conducted advanced target analysis using HUMINT to drive international recovery operations, counter human trafficking initiatives, and high-risk personnel extractions, and served as a tactical subject matter expert for complex, high-density urban environments, overseeing reconnaissance and direct operational execution.
David excels at leading and managing high-performing teams while simultaneously overseeing multiple complex, high-stakes initiatives under extreme pressure and tight deadlines, consistently delivering results across demanding operational environments.
David is known for building lean, high-performing teams and fostering long-term partnerships with clients ranging from NATO and Ukrainian defense entities to private families and film industry leaders. He splits his time between the United States and key international hubs, always prioritizing family, performance, and strategic impact.
